All services are by appointment only through our online booking system.

A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to reserve your spot. The deposit is applied to your service total.

Deposits can be transferred to a new date if rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Arrive with clean skin: makeup, creams, or oils on the brow area.

Avoid tanning/sunburn: do not come in with freshly tanned or sunburned skin if choosing a brow service

No trimming:let your natural brow hairs grow in (at least 3–5 weeks) for best results.

No facials/peels: wait at least 1–2 weeks after chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or strong facials for any makeup/brow service

If you are sick or experiencing any contagious symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.

Is Brow Lamination Right for Me?
Brow lamination is ideal if you have unruly, curly, or downward- growing brow hairs, or if you want the look of fuller, fluffier brows without makeup. It works best on natural brow hair that as enough length to style upward.

How long will my brow results last?
It depends on the service. Waxing and tint typically last 3–4 weeks, while lamination can last 6–8 weeks with proper aftercare.

Will lamination damage my brows?
No—when done professionally and with the right aftercare, lamination is safe and actually helps brows look fuller and healthier.

How often should I get my brows done?
Most clients come every 4–6 weeks to maintain shape, tint, or lamination. I’ll guide you on the best schedule for your brows.

What if I have very thin or sparse brows?
Tint and lamination can help give the illusion of fullness. I’ll also guide you on simple growth habits and products if you want to encourage thicker brows over time.

What if I fall asleep during my service?
Then you’ll wake up with perfect brows and a free mini nap .

I don’t usually wear makeup. Will I still look like myself?
Absolutely! My goal is to enhance, not mask. I’ll create a look that feels comfortable, natural, and true to you - just elevated for the occasion.

I have acne/scarring—can makeup really cover that?
Yes! With the right prep and products, I can soften the appearance of breakouts or scars while still keeping your skin looking natural.

Do I need to bring my own makeup?
Nope! I have a fully sanitized kit with professional products for every skin type and tone.

I sweat /cry a lot… will my makeup survive?
Yes - long-wear, waterproof products are built into the process. You can dance, hug, or ugly cry with confidence.

Can you make me look like Kim Kardashian?
I’ll take inspiration from your faves, but the goal is always to highlight your features - not turn you into someone else.

10-minute grace period. After that, the appointment is canceled and the deposit is forfeited.

No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Same-day reschedules are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Cancellations with 24 hours or more notice allow your deposit to transfer to a new booking.

Once a service is performed, no refunds are given. If you experience any concerns with your service, please report them within 24 hours so we can review and assist you.
